As an 1880s Victorian Row House adjacent to the historic Forsythe Park, this project consisted of bringing the house into the 21st century by undoing multiple past renovations that had left the house feeling chopped up and dated. By stripping the house to its original structure, and creating an honest movement of spaces, a light and airy flow emanates throughout the residence. The kitchen was relocated to be a central hub of the house for entertaining and gathering at the first floor, as well as the addition of new porches at the first and second floor.
